Perspective Cellars Perspective Cellars Hours are Monday through Friday, 1 p.m- 8 p.m.; Saturday, 11 a.m.-9 p.m.; and Sunday 12 p.m.-7 p.m. Live piano bar evenings every Saturday, 6 p.m.- 9p.m. Perspective offers educational wine flights from around the world, showcasing over 75 unique wines. A glass of wine can be enjoyed on their beautiful front patio or inside the birthplace of Admiral Chester Nimitz, with all original features from 1855.
Signor Vineyards Signor Vineyards Hours are Sunday-Thursday, noon-5 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m.-6 p.m. The tasting room (located behind Joanna’s Market) accepts reservations for members of the wine club and for private drivers and select tour companies. Reservations for Elevated Tastings are available for all guests. Walk-ins are accepted for non-members based on availability. The winery is child and pet friendly on their lawn, and Monday-Wednesday in the tasting venue also. Joanna’s Market offers soups, sandwiches, grab-and-go items, non-alcoholic beverages, and fun, stylish items for the kitchen, home or ranch.
