Signor Vineyards Signor Vineyards Hours are Sunday-Thursday, noon-5 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m.-6 p.m. The tasting room (located behind Joanna’s Market) accepts reservations for members of the wine club and for private drivers and select tour companies. Reservations for Elevated Tastings are available for all guests. Walk-ins are accepted for non-members based on availability. The winery is child and pet friendly on their lawn, and Monday-Wednesday in the tasting venue also. Joanna’s Market offers soups, sandwiches, grab-and-go items, non-alcoholic beverages, and fun, stylish items for the kitchen, home or ranch.
