Airis’Ele Vineyards Airis’Ele Vineyards Hours are Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.; and Sunday, 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Reservations required for groups of six or more. Located in the heart of the Hill Country and only 10 miles from the city of Fredericksburg, Airis’Ele Vineyards is a perfect place for wine tasting. The tasting room was once a farmhouse set back off the highway, renovated and now welcomes you with panoramic views of large aged oak trees and abundant wildlife viewing. Airis’Ele Vineyards offers comfortable tasting areas both inside and outside to accommodate all our Texas weather. Our crafted wines are offered by tastings, glass or bottle to enjoy on the property.
Longhorn Cellars Longhorn Cellars As of this printing, the winery is open for tastings, bottle and glass purchases. The winery is open Monday through Thursday from noon-5 p.m.; Friday, 11 a.m.- 5:30 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.; and Sunday, noon-5 p.m. Groups of 6 or more require reservations on Saturdays.
Texas Wine Collective (Formerly 4.0 Cellars) Texas Wine Collective (Formerly 4.0 Cellars) Featuring wines from Brennan Vineyards, Lost Oak Winery and McPherson Cellars. Reservations are required for groups of six or more. Events can be found on the winery’s website. Hours are Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m.-5:30 p.m.; and Sunday, 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
